This program is designed for people experiencing thinking and memory changes, living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and people living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, with mild symptoms. Come join us for light exercise and movement, brain-stimulating activities and connecting with others. Minds in Motion has two locations in Dane county and offers the same program each month.
This program may be a good fit if you are experiencing changes in memory and thinking but still participating in light physical activity and exercise, conversation, and light reading and writing activities with some assistance.
Minds in Motion is presented by the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Dane County, the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, Fitchburg Senior Center and NewBridge.
